If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact our friendly customer service team as soon as possible, preferably within 5-days of delivery at info@KiteProducts.com . Please include “Damaged in Transit” and your “Order Number” on the subject line. Include a picture of the damage if possible. We will provide return shipping materials and a free-shipping label to you to return our product(s). Please send back the damaged Product(s) in the original packaging. Kite Products will provide a replacement item, store credit or full-refund.
